Former/Mandrel Hangers
The
conventional methods of setting hole formers and/or
mandrels for gaskets are usually not reliable or increasingly
damaging to the forms. Whether using magnets or drilling
holes, the Tru-Contour Hanger is a better option.
When
using detachable shovel plates, Tru-Contour has created
hangers which can be fitted to the desired hole former
or mandrel to erase possibilities of floatation or
shifting. No holes need to be drilled into the form.
And, when used in conjunction with the Tru-Contour
Protractor on the manhole form, can be set at the
exact degree needed.
With
specific details provided for your application, custom
hangers can be developed to accommodate various types
of hole formers and mandrels. Further research is
being conducted on applications for hangers where
non-detachable shovel plates are used.
